Default accounts keeps changing

Hi

We have 2 e mail accounts (Tools - E Mail Accounts)

Microsoft Exchange Server (type = Exchange)
and
www.NameOfCompany.com (type = POP/SMPT)

However many times I set the www.NameOfCompany.com to be the default the
next time the machine re-booted the Microsoft Exchange Server is reset to be
the default.

Is there a way I can set the default and have it stay that way ?

Exchange seems to have a habit of making itself the default account. Why
not configure the Exchange server act as the router for all mail?
