Email Client: pop

I am deleting a load of very old emails and one from 9.11.2005 with some kind of attachment immobilises my Apple as soon as I try to delete it. The little swirling rainbow appears and wont disappear. I have to force quit Entourage every time.

Help

Thank you

Hi Rachel,

just disable the preview pane. The attachment seems to be causing the crash,
so Entourage may actually remain open if it doesn't have to display the
attachment file. To disable the preview pane, click on View>Preview
Pane>None. Then select the message, delete it, empty the Deleted Items
folder, and once you've done that, you can re-enable the preview pane via
the same menu.
