AFAIK that folder cannot be permanently removed. The best you may be able to
do would be an AppleScript that would delete each new one once it was
created, but I honestly think that would be unnecessary to the extent of
overkill. Folders occupy no disk space & unless you do happen to be saving a
template there's no reason to be in that directory branch. Why do you feel
the need to eliminate it? Perhaps there is an alternative solution.
