Deliverables access in PWA but not in Project Pro 2007

I am having some issues with some of my PMs not being able to create
Deliverables in project pro 2007, yet they can create them in PWA. Error in
project pro task pane reads:

"There is no workspace for this project. If you recently published the
project, then please wait for this page to refresh as the workspace is in the
process of being created. If this is not the case, please check the workspace
settings for this project on Project Server or contact your server
administrator"

Is this a WSS/Proj Server sync issue?

It does sound like a sync issue. Try checking the Workspace Provisioning
Settings, and running the sync again.

My suspicion would be that the project workspace template was modified incorrectly
though.

Can they access Risks & Issues from MPP with no problems?
