Detect Ink in a PowerPoint Add-In

I'm able to subscribe on various events in a PowerPoint application such as
when a slide show starts or when the slide is changed during a slideshow.
However, I haven't found any way to detect that the user adds a "White
Screen" or "Black Screen" during a presentation. Is it possible?

I would also like to detect when Ink is added (the user draws with the pen
tool) to such screen/slide and also detect when Ink is added on top of a
normal slide during the slideshow.

I've tried to count the shapes on each slide at the start of the show and
again in the end, but PowerPoint only makes changes to the Shapes collection
of the slides if you choose to keep your Ink at the end of the show. Normally
presenters don't want to keep the Ink at the end of the presentation so this
does not solve my problem.

I also tried to count the shapes on the current and last slide during the
SlideChange event but the Ink does not get added to the Shapes collection
there either. The same applies if I export (to jpg image) the last slide
(which I already added Ink to), the Ink does not get exported.

Does anyone know if this is possible to detect and export ink and
White/Black screens?
