Does anyone know why am I getting this error message?

The SMTP host on 200.40.3.70 refused to deliver mail purportedly from you.
If you did send it, you¹ll have to take it up with the administrator of the
SMTP server (which you are probably using); perhaps they can tell you the
reason the service thinks the message is spam. If you didn¹t send it, then
some spammer is sending mail to 3rd parties as if it is from you. This is
called spoofing.
