Disappearing Meeting Requests

I have a number of Administrative Assistants who have "send on behalf of"
permissions for their bosses - as well as being a delegate.

We are using Outlook 2007 SP2/Exchange 2007.

Everyone has a Blackberry device.

An Admin will create a meeting request on behalf of her boss and send it to
multiple people. After a random period of time, the meeting will disappear
from her boss's calendar and at random one or more other attendees but remain
on other attendee's calendar.

This is happening to several different Admins and involves new meetings as
well as meetings that are just being rescheduled or modified.

I can't duplicate this, and as far as I can tell, Outlook doesn't log much
of anything.

Any ideas on what is causing this or how to troubleshoot it?

We noticed exactly the same.. however, I am not sure how much BlackBerry is
involved here.
Perhaps some recent update (Roll-up 8) could be the cause here ?
Unfortunately I could not relate our incidents to the roll-up installation
yet.

Something clearly changed somewhere because we have used this way of working
for several years already.
