Document Connection - Office Live Workspace

It's been over three months since I first asked this question and still no response from Microsoft. I'll try again.

When I try to use Document Connection to connect to my Office Live Workspace using my Windows Live ID, Document Connection does nothing. The gear just spins and I do not receive a message of any type indicating any problem. I can use my Office Live Workspace via Safari just fine. Why doesn't Document Connection work?

Sorry, I can't help you as I have no knowledge or experience with this
function.

However, I will point out that by asking here you are *not* talking with
Microsoft. This is an internet newsgroup which is used by other people
just like you.

For you I searched Google for:"document connection mac office live gear
spins"

and found an article which may shed some light. They focus on look at
the internet network you use (firewalls, ports, etc.).
http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...89d-b7ea-d5aa0de12429&lang=en&cr=US&sloc=&p=1.

Maybe this helps. If not, Google may help.

Is your Office software fully updated (12.2.1)? How about OS X (10.6.1)?
Have you repaired disk permissions recently? Confirm that has all been done
& restart your Mac to see if the problem continues.
