Document Imaging "Component missing" error

using Office 2007 Document Imaging. The Document Scanning works fine but
when I start the Imaging, I get "A component of the application is missing.
Please reinstall the application". I went to the repair option in add/remove
programs and did the reinstall for that tool but it still gives me that
error. What do I need to do?
