I'm running Vista Home Premium and Office 2007. When I scan a document using
Office Document Imaging, and convert using the OCR option, all seems to go
well. But when I click on "Send Text to Word", a message box titled Server
Busy pops up. The message is "This action cannot be completed because the
'document1-microsoft word' program is not responding. Choose 'switch to' and
correct the problem."
If I switch to, a get an unresponsive Word window with a blank document. At
this point, everything is unresponsive, and I must close document imaging and
word using Task Manager. Office Diagnostics doesn't show any problems, and
re-installing Document Imaging didn't help.
