Donating copies of Office 2003 SBE OEM to charities.

I have a bunch of copies of Office XP & 2003 OEM disks with serials that came
installed on a bunch of older computers from Dell at my workplace. Those
computers have either been taken out of commision (recycled), or they had the
original copy of Office uninstalled & had Office 2007 installed with our VLK.
Since we no longer have a need for these disks, am I able to donate them to
charities for their use on some of their computer systems?

Are you sure there are no exceptions to this rule for registered charitable
organizations?

Rules are made to be broken otherwise they won't make the rules which
could be broken easily. Why make rules if you don't want anybody to
break them?

As to donating anything to charities, why don't they write direct to
their nearest Microsoft Office if they have something to donate! You
never know what is there for not for profit organizations.

If they are Dell supplied OEM disks they may be locked to Dell PC's
For the charitable aspect, I believe you will find a contact point on MS
site, licensing.
I'm not aware that the EULA makes any such exceptions
