downloading problems Office 2007

I am trying to download Office Home and Student 2007 on to my Windows XP
Media edition......I keep getting error message 1311 ...C;\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Desktop\dads\PA561401.CAB. I am a beginner so please
help! .... ;0)
