Downloading templates to Word 2003

Every time I try to download a template it makes me try to purchase Word
2007. I then scroll down to bypass that and download to Word 2003. But then
it says I need ActiveX. Where can I download Active X? Also, should the
download be done in IE, or can it be done in Mozilla Firefox?

I can't speak of Firefox.

Once you install the ActiveX control you will be taken to the 2007 page, simply
click the templates tab.
