DOWNLOANDING MS OFFICE 2003

I have try to download ms office 2003 and I get this message: This patch
package can not be open. Verify that the patch package exists and that you
can access it, or contact the application vendor to verfiy that is a true
copy window installer patch package. I have XP PRO AND IE 6 on my computer.
So why is it not downloanding?

Yes, sorry use the wrong word. I am try to "INSTALL" MS OFFICE 2003 from a
cd and it given me this error messages: This patch package can not be open.
Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact
the application vendor to verfiy that is a true copy window installer patch
package.
