Dr Watson Error

My Operating System is Microsoft Windows NT 4.00.1381. I
have Microsoft word 2000, Ver. 9.0 and build: 3822.
Product ID: 04300-OEM-0000653-68475

I frequently face Dr. Watson error while working on
winword with following error dispalyed on the

screen:
Exception access violation (0xc0000005); address 0x68605276

This error causes abrupt closing of winword application
without saving.
If any body can render help. please do somehting.

Have you updated to the latest Service Pack for Windows NT (Service Pack 6a)
and the latest Service Pack and patches for Word 2000?
