drop-down w/ subset of Workspace Members

Within a Design Sandbox, I need to create a drop-down which allows the user
to select from a subset of the Workspace Members.

I see that in the Options pane I can add drop-down items one-by-one and type
the member name, but is there a way to directly add Workspace Members as
drop-down items via a checkbox list or other multi-select mechanism ?

Hi John -

I think you can do what you need:

Choose "Create New Field" and choose Listbox, halfway down the list of field
types.
Press Next.
Give your new field a sensible name - "SelectedTeam" or whatever makes sense
to you.
Choose "Select Multiple Values" and check the checkbox.
Choose "Include Member Names" and again, check the box.

THis will allow you to select none, one or many space members.

If you wanted a list with only a few of the team members to be shown in it,
this is also doable but requires a little bit of JavaScript.

Add it (I always have some difficulty seeing all of the new field properties
in the proprties list
