Duplicate Contacts and Emails after installation

Help me! I installed the new Office:Mac 2008 (home & Student Edition) onto my boss' laptop - she has a n ibook and when the installation was complete (the installation automatically imports from the older version into the newer) there was none of her emails or contacts in the NEW Entourage...

So then I went to File and clicked on "Import" and imported again. After that finished, all her contacts and emails came up twice! However, all new emails received are not duplicated. HELP ME please! Thanks

It might be easier to delete that Identity and import again.

FWIW, using the Home & Student version in an Office setting is a violation
of the EULA.
