Duplicateing Contacts

Since upgrading to Snow Leopard duplicating a contact fails.

Error

The action could not be completed.
An unknown error (16006) occured.

Any suggestions?

I'm on 10.6.1 with Exchange and Entourage 2008 and not seeing a problem.
Maybe someone with Entourage 2004 can try to reproduce your problem, but
keep in mind that while Office 2004 will *probably* work on 10.6, it's
not officially supported and may have issues.

As a test, try using Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... and create a
new identity. Set up your Exchange account again and see if you can
reproduce the problem.

If the problem persists then create a new Mac OS X user account and test
under a new account. This will tell you whether or not the problem is
with your user preferences or with Entourage 2004 on 10.6.
