Duration format in Microsoft Project 2000 XML Schema

Hi,
Does any one know how The task xml format for the
Duration and Duration Format.

1)Does any one know how to read the format of Duration as
following:(the MIcrosoft Project XML Schema)

2)Anyone know what is the basic data to import from XML
file into Microsoft Project 2000 to inorder to view the
gantt chart and other facilities to enable project
manager to keep track the task and cost of the project.

What the PT,H,M,S Stand for in the duration format?

In one of project's program folders there is a file PROJXML.HTM It should
have your answers.
