E-mail Merge Outlook 2003

David Harrison

Hi there

I am trying to do an E-mail Merge via word 2003 or Outlook 2003.

I am using a database for the contact names and e-mail addresses, they are
not in the address book.

I have been able to add the fields for <Title> <contact_name> etc etc.
However, I do not know how to send these e-mail with the different e-mail
addresses. I have put <e-mail_address> into the receipients field put comes
up saying outlook does not understand.

I know this can be done, I have done it but have no idea how i did..

Help Please....Thanks
