Edit Accounts "Unknown Error Occurred"

I am running Entourage 2004 Version 11.1.0 and often (not always),
Tools>Accounts> Edit Account refuses to function properly with the following
error message:

"Action Could not be Completed.
An unknown error occurred (-30588) occurred"

I seem to recall reading somewhere that this is a known problem after
previewing a HTML email message or something like that. I could not find any
reference to this on the MVP site..can someone help me with a fix to this
problem ?.

You're correct. This is the information I have:

This is a known issue that is caused by viewing complex HTML messages prior
to opening the Accounts window. You can work around it by re-launching
Entourage and then editing your account before opening any complex HTML
messages.

The development team could probably use your help in reproducing this
problem since only a small number of users are affected by it. A Microsoft
poster might contact you. Otherwise, post your hardware specifications
here, as it might help the team troubleshoot the problem.

Thanks for the response. Following are my hardware specs, any and all help
is appreciated.

12" Powerbook
Processor: 1 Ghz PPC G4
Memory: 768 MB
Mac OS X 10.3.5
Entourage 2004 11.1.0 (040913)

BTW, I also want to clarify that this happens every time I access a HTML
message and can reproduce the problem on demand. My previous post might have
suggested that this does not happen to me each time.
