Editing a Sharepoint linked table

Hi Folks,

my goal is to display Access 2003 Data in a Sharepoint list. So what I did
was exporting this list to a Sharepoint Site manually -- worked fine

Then I tried to do this export again, hoping that the old list could be
overwritten, but that was not possible.

What I did then was to connect the exported list back to Access, hoping I
could edit this list. This is possible, but only manually via the Edit[...]
column, not directly in the columns.

I dont care wheter I have to export the whole list over and over or to edit
the fields one by one or via a query, the only important thing is that this
editing is done by a program, not manually.

Can anybody help me with a code example???
