Eliminei por erro um email como recuperar?

Reencaminhei um email e logo a seguir eliminei-o sem verificar se tinha
chegado à outra conta. Como posso recuperar esse item eliminado?

chegado à outra conta. Como posso recuperar esse item eliminado?

Make sure you're using a view that doesn't hide read messages. Outlook
doesn't automatically delete messages you forward. Opening a message to
forward it will mark it as read and if you're using a view that hides read
messages, it will look like it has disappeared.

in the future for best results.
