eMail default reply from account not set as default

Using Outlook 2007. Our ISP changed eMail addresses, so I have 2 accounts
(old, new). Receive eMails on both accounts. New accounts is set as default
(so all new eMail messages originate from new account).

Problem is that reply to eMail messages are all sent from old account, and
not new. Obviously I would like to transition out of all old address eMails.

Replies are sent by default from the account that received the message -
therefore if all your received messages are in the old account, any reply
you make will also be from the old account...

As Gordon says. What he doesn't go on to say is that if you want those
replies to come from the new address, you must change the account with the
Accounts button to use the account that has the new address.

Many mail servers have a way to configure one mailbox to either forward to
another or to pull messages from another. See if yours does and, if so, get
all your mail through the new mailbox, either by having the old mailbox
forward to the new address or by pulling the messages from the old mailbox
using the new one. Then your replies will always come from the new account.
