Email Messages Dissappeared from Inbox

I am running entourage X for my mac Leopard version 10.1.0. I have been
receiving and storing emails perfectly for 6 months now, but today many of
the emails from my coworkers (@firegroove.com) have disappeared. I thought
maybe it was a filter but I searched their name in my inbox and I see no
emails from them for many months (even though I receive emails from them
everyday and I just saw them not too long ago in my inbox), but three months
back they start appearing again.. Has anyone ever seen that before.. It is
only those emails that end in the same name as mine, firegroove..

Are you sure you didn't select Unread only or Flagged only?

It's possible you have set to delete mail older than xx days either on your
account setting via the web, or you have some setting in Entourage that
deletes. You don't mention what type of account. POP, IMAP, Exchange??

You are running old software so let's be sure first that you are completely
updated.

Check the Microsoft Component Plugin in this location:

/Applications/Microsoft Office X/Office/Microsoft Component Plugin"

It should be version 10.1.9

If not, download this updater:

Microsoft Office v. X for Mac 10.1.9 Update release date 1/5/2007 (This
update includes all of the improvements released in all previous Office v. X
updates.) <http://tinyurl.com/284v95>

The latest version of Leopard is 10.5.7. Check under About this Mac to see
what version you have installed. Download the combo updater to fully update
your Mac.
