entourage 2008 and forming contact groups

I have a great number of teachers who need to form group contact
lists. We connect Entourage to our LDAP server. When we wish to form
these groups, we are going into the Address Book (under On My
Computer, the Contacts under our Exchange account only lists contacts
added by individual users). There, we are able to form a group, but
we would then like to see the whole directory in a different window
and simply drag the group members to our new contact group. For the
life of me, I cannot figure out how to display the whole directory
listing?! This seems like an obvious need - a window which displays
all users. I apprecaite any help.

Just to clarify, I can go under my Directory Services, but my "All
Contacts" and "All Users" items only allow me to search, not actually
view everyone - which I prefer. Thanks.
