Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange When i copy and paste an excel spread sheet into the body of an email, it loses all its formatting. I tried to paste as a picture to no avail.

another issue ... setting up lists in entourage like in Outlook. (multiple email addresses)

Add as attachment. Entourage does not have the ability to add complex
tables.

Are you wanting each email to have it's own Inbox? I've never used Outlook
so this is just a guess. Be specific if this is not what you want.

In Excel 2008, you can click on File>Send To>Mail Recipient (as HTML).
See if that makes any difference. Notice that once you have done this,
you cannot modify the message anymore. Also, this method only works if
Entourage is set up as your default email application.

You need to be more specific here. What exactly is it that you want to
do? In Entourage, an e-mail list is called "group", and you can create
one by clicking on File>New>Group.
