Entourage moving mail to local inbox from Exchange Inbox

Email Client: Exchange

Has anyone seen this before?

When Entourage 2008 (12.1.2) checks for mail, it is removing it from the server and putting it into the "On My Computer" Inbox on one of my client's machines. This is really messing up his phone because he will have a message for 1 minute or so and then it disappears because Entourage moves it.

If we leave Entourage closed everything seems to be fine so I'm assuming it is not a server side issue. There are no rules (at all) on this box and if I drag the mail back to the server inbox it stays.

Any ideas?

Rules are the only way Entourage can automatically move messages. Check
three places for rules that could be moving messages:

1. Tools --> Rules...
2. Tools --> Mailing List Manager
3. Tools --> Junk E-mail Protection...
