Entourage setup confusion

My boss just switched from PC to Mac and being the only other Mac user in the company, sorting the problems falls to me!

According to our IT dept. They run an email system based on Exchange, with an external pop server running alongside to allow for email access for staff out of the office. The pc's are all running Outlook, and from what i gather Outlook allows email accounts to combine an exchange based account and a pop account so that to the end user it appears as a single account.

Is this possible in Entourage, and if so how is it done?

Everyone here is getting very confused because in Entourage we seem to have three different accounts - one called on my computer, one for the pop mail and one for the exchange mail.

HELP!!!!!

thanks in advance

Here's some info to get you started until one of the Exchange experts comes
along.

Folders "On My Computer" are for your POP messages. See this page for Inbox
