Envelopes will not print.

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I am trying to print envelopes in word 2008. I select Tool -> Envelopes and I am presented with the Envelope Dialog. I enter the delivery address and click OK. This creates a new document and I can see my envelope with the correct delivery address. Now for the problem. If I clic File -> Print Preview I get a preview windows that is blank (No Address). If i try to print my envelope my printer requests and envelope and again I get a blank envelope.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the mfr's site for an updated printer driver?

I did and the printer drivers are up-to-date. The default printer is an HP Lasetjet 4050 but I am experiencing the same results with all of the installed printers. (Xerox Phaser 8550, Toshiba Copier)

Then the most likely cause is that Word> Preferences> Print has no check in
the box for Drawing Objects. Both the Delivery & Return addresses are
contained in Text Boxes which are Drawing Objects.

Restore the check by way of the route mentioned above & you should be OK.
Alternatively you can get there through File> Print> Copies & Pages>
Microsoft Word> Word Options.

That did the trick.
The drawing objects were not being rendered when printed.

Thanks,
