I have my contacts in my Entourage (as part of the office Suite) address book and would like to use it to address envelopes to some of them.

How do I setup a 'list' from my address book and use that list to print envelopes?

Hi,

you will need to use Word for envelope printing. Open Word, click on
Tools>Envelopes and follow the onscreen instructions. Word interfaces with
the Entourage address book, so there is no need to export your data.

I use Entourage and Word extensively and I can say that having to use Word to print an envelope is a big pain. It's nice having everything interface to Address Book, but it is a huge PAIN to have to go into Word to print a quick envelope for a contact you're working with in Entourage!

Then Send Feedback to Microsoft from the Help menu asking MS to provide this
feature in Entourage.
