Eps Import lockup excel

Processor: Power PC

Hi,
First time in forum, hope someone have experienced this before. Whenever I open a Excel file that contain a EPS image or importing a EPS image into a Excel file, it would stall at the point where EPS import dialog box come up and never import. I have called Microsoft support for this. The solution was to change to another user and port all other settings over. It would open or import in another user, but would be a hassle if this happens again, anyone have better insight as to what went wrong, and where to check out. I delete the Excel prefs and still no good. Thanks in advance!

I have tried to insert an EPS and opened an Excel file containing an EPS
file and have had no issues.
