error 1311 , d:\office1.cab not found in sp3 dowload setup

Hi can some one help

I have leciensed softwar xp and office xp full updated,
and legal good cds, clean bla bla,

I down loaded sp3 for office as one does,

and installer crashes saying error 1311 , d:\office1.cab
not found in sp3 dowload setup.

So I cancel install and now excel does not work and I
don't know how to fix it or move forward with sp 3 , I
downloaded the admin fufil.exe and it crashed too??
