error(1502) occure when save the file.

When I try to save a visio file. A error message show " an error (1502)
occured during the action save. File not found". I have try to reinstall
vision. But no luck. How can I fix it? I am using office XP.

So you are working with Visio 2002, what service pack do you have
installed? Does this issue happen with a particular file or any file you
try to save? Where are you attempting to save the file to and where is the
file located?

Sorry, I am using visio 2003 actually with sp3. And this problem happen with
any file when I try to save. The file will be saved in a folder under my
documents.

With the default install of Visio the file path for drawings should be
blank however it will attempt to save drawings under your profile under "My
documents". Is there a path specified under file paths for your install of
Visio, if so what happens if you clear them. Can other Office applications
save to the location that you have mentioned? Do you have any anti-virus
applications installed if so what happens if you disable them?
