error 18597-access to the resource is forbidden

I'm trying to set up entourage on my new macbook and now I'm getting a popup error "access to the resource is forbidden" now when I try to do any entourage tasks. The error started after I named the account. Any guesses?

first thing to try is to set up new entourage identity. if that runs
OK, then the current identity needs to be rebuilt.

to set up a new identity - if you can start entourage OK, then choose
'switch identity' from the 'entourage' menu and click the 'new' button.
If you can't start entourage, rename the 'Microsoft User Data' folder in
your Documents folder to something else and restart your mac. Next time
you start entourage anew identity will be created.

To rebuild you identity, star up entourage with the option key held down
- keep the key down until you see the rebuild screen.
