Hi,

When I start Excel this error is shown:

error 336 ActiveX ( visual basic) component not
correctly registered

Any hint?

Thanks in advance,
Jose Luis

Try starting Excel in safe mode. If you don't get the error, then it is
probably caused by an addin or a file you have in your startup directory.
You can try unchecking the addins and moving everything out of your startup
directory. Then gradually add them back until you encounter the error (to
find out which is causing the problem).

You may be able to limit the search by thinking about when this started and
what changed you had just made.
