Error exporting decimal values in csv file

When using transfertext in a macro to export a csv file, the resulting file
rounds a 3 decimal number to 2 decimals. I can export the file to Excel and
then save as to the csv file and the decimal places are retained. Is anyone
else having a problem with decimal values and export of csv files?
