Error in opening paradox database(Incorrect collating sequence) RS

I have a paradox database backups which I used to open with ms access. And
after i formatted my system and tried to open the same files i get error
saying Incorrect Collating Sequence.

What am i missing? Do I need to upate any driver or I need to update paradox
driver?

I tried lots of things but am not getting solution.The error still persists.
