Error message 1026 in Entourage

When I receive mail in my Exchange account, I always get the following error
message:

Error
Mail could not be received at this time.

Explanation
The server returned the following error
Protocol Error: ³Expected SPACE not found²..

Error: 1026

I don¹t have a problem in receiving the mail, but I am annoyed that this
message pops up. Does anyone know what it means?

It's not coming from Entourage. You need to check with your server. It
sounds like your mailbox is full.

I believe this is caused by a special character (like a slash or backslash)
appearing in one of your folder names. Using OWA or Win Outlook, rename all
of your folders so that none of the names contain a slash.
