Error Message: Server Busy

Whenever I try to save a document using the Save as option,
an error message pops up like this:

Server Busy

This action cannot be completed because "document
name-Application name" (Hello-Microsoft Word) program is
busy. Choose "switch to" and correct the problem.

Switch to Retry Cancel
