Greetings,

I am running Outlook 2K, Windows 2000 Pro.

Everything I start Outlook I get this error message.

CiceroUlWndFrame:OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point RtlUnhandledExceptionFilter
could not be located
in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll.
[OK]

I get similar message with other software especially on
installations.

I have been point to this URL;
http://tinyurl.com/29ptk

But I don't have what it says in the control panel.

Any ideas would be a great help.

Thank you for any help you may give.

I typed "CiceroUlWndFrame" into Google and learned that it is the virus
that your computer is infected with.

Hi WKC.
I had this problem recently and it was solved by (repeated) downloads from
Office Update (until there are no more updates). It may be worth noting that
I had previously done the same with Windows Update. I also routinely use
AdAware & SpyBot S&D - it is surprising what (malware) turns up.
regards, & good luck,
Petem.
