Error opening existing files with Excel 2007

Hi, I have just started getting an error when opening existing Excel 2007
files on my Dell laptop (some saved in 97-2003 format).

Error 1304.Error writing to file microsoft.office.infopath.formcontrol.dll
Verify that you have access to that directory

Hit Retry and

Error 2350. internal error. contact Microsoft product support services

Hit Retry and

Error 1334.The file 'IPFORMCT.DLL' cannot be installed because the file
cannot be found in cabinet file 'EnterWW.CAB'. This could indicate a network
error, an error reading fromt he CD-ROM or a problem with this package.

Then I cancel. As far as I'm aware I haven't done anything to my laptop to
cause this. I haven't tried reloading the software yet as the disks are in
my office 125 miles away! Can anyone help?

Thanks

I have the same problem with my HP pc.

Unable to find any solution so far.

Have tried reinstalling Office 2007, but will not accept reinstall.

I had the same error - what I did was to install .NET framework 2.0 and its
fixes (from windows update) and the office 2007 sp1, the error is gone. Hope
you have the same situation.

Thank you thank you. It worked!
I had to get all the fixes and SP1 as you said, and then I had to reinstall
Office. But at last I am back in busines after 3 days of anguish
