Error Saving Hours for Added line Task on Timesheet

I have an activity that is published which I have added a task to it. I
opened My Timesheet but did not see the task. I have clicked Add Line to add
the task and logged hours to it. When I clicked save button, I am getting
the following error:

While communicating with the Project Server an error occured. Check
connectivity with your administrator to determine if further action is
necessary.

Here's the steps to reproduce the error:

Pre-requisite:
1. Published Activity with tasks
2. Current Timesheet created

Steps:
1. Open Timesheet and review that the activity (Pre-requisite #1) does not
show up in the current Timesheet due to not having tasks within the timesheet
period.
2. Go back to Activities and Proposals and click on the Activity
(pre-requisite #1).
3. Add a new task for the current timesheet period.
4. Publish and Close the activity
5. Open Timesheet and review that the task (Steps #3) does not show up in
the current Timesheet.
6. Click Add Line button and add the task to the current timesheet
7. Log hours to the task then click save.

Expected Result:
Time is saved to the timesheet for the task.

Actual Result:
Received an error -
While communicating with the Project Server an error occured. Check
connectivity with your administrator to determine if further action is
necessary.

Hi Tae Lee,

the first thing you will need to do is check the queue. Do you have any
error in the queue and if so what are the errors?
Also check the event log and see if you have any errors logged there as well.
Let me know what the errors are
