When I open an excel file, sometimes I get an error
stating "Data may have been lost". (I'm usign excell 2000
with Windows XP).
When I open the work book, one of the sheets will be
missing data. Often, one row will be moved up and to the
left, replacing the orginal contents of the cells (eg. in
a month, year sequence in column A will be missing a
month, like Feb 2003 and I will find Feb 2003 3 rows up
and 5 columns over).
This has happend to me with workbooks that have worked
for others. I have had office reinstalled and even got a
new operating system.
Anyone have any suggestions?
