various other files. I open one instance of Excel, then
open each file and close each file before proceeding to
the next step. At no time is there more than one file
open. I get midway through when I get "selected ranges do
not intersect" and Excel shuts down. If I run the same 8
files one at a time but shutdown and restart Excel before
