Excel 97 Error when saving

Hi,

I've been working on this huge spreadsheet without any
problems until today. It's giving me the following error
when I tried to save:

EXCEL caused an invalid page fault in
module EXCEL.EXE at 0187:30192f78.

Can somebody please help? Is my file corrupted? Is it a
memory problem?
