Excel chart insert into PowerPoint

T

Terry

We are making poster in PowerPoint using the data charts summarized in Excel.

We have 6 chart (all in the same sheet), I align them according to the x axis (the all have the same scale of x axis), and group them as one object.
But when I insert that object in PowerPoint, I lost the alignment.
In another word, What I see in Excel is different from what I get in PowerPoint.

On the other hane, If I just insert 6 charts into PowerPoint, and then align them in PowerPoint, the font of each chart change differntly and it looks bad.

What I can do to keep both charts alignment and font size in PowerPoint?

Terry,
A couple of tricks to fix this:
1. In Excel create and format the first chart exactly as you want it.
2 Be sure to turn off Font AutoSizing for every font.
3. Still in Excel, copy and paste that chart as many times as you
need.
4. In Excel, right click on the chart and select SourceData, now
change the sourcedatarange to the correct range.
5. Copy and paste each into PPT and Align as you see fit.
