Exchange / open other user folder

I have two accounts on exchange ‹ in Outlook I just Œopened other user
folder¹ and it would populate that user¹s folders, emails etc... The option
is also in Entourage... So I did the same... But instead of emails for that
email ‹ I get the same emails for the other exchange account ­ in both ...
(they are mirrored)... No idea how to even troubleshoot this... Thought of
making a rule ­ but really they are two different accounts so they should by
rights already separate.

Exchange / open other user folderThis should not happen. Make sure that you are using the correct user AD account while opening other user's folder. I would suggest you to pick the account from GAL while opening other user's folder

Somewhat related to this discussion: When I open another user's inbox, all I can get is the top level inbox. I have owner permission to all the sub-folders. Can Entourage not open all the mail folders through this process like Outlook?

If you have an answer or comment for the original poster then please
respond within that thread. Otherwise, if you're looking for a solution
to your own problem -- no matter how similar to someone else's -- then
begin your own thread. Similar problems may not have the same solutions.

Entourage's ability to open another user's account is limited to just
the Inbox, Contacts and Calendar. It cannot open other mail folders,
address books or calendars.

The only way to see all of the account is to connect as a delegate or as
the user himself.

If this doesn't answer your question then begin a new thread with
details of your own problem and include your software versions.
