Faded prints in MS Office Picture Manager

Whenever I print in MS Office Pic Manager the prints come out faded or foggy
in colour.
If I choose to open a photo in Paint, or copy it into Word, it prints fine.
Has anyone experienced this before - if so what's the answer?

print manager is simply
a file manager dedicated
to image files with some
basic features.

but the solution that all
photographers utilize is
a high quality graphics/
photo editing software;

before printing or sending
them to print like walmart
online or the picture manager.

I highly recommend
photo shop.

but there are others as
well including freeware.
