fields keep disapearing when i scroll

When I use Excel 2007, fields keep clearing themselves when i scroll up and
down? WTF? Why did Microsoft screw up yet ANOTHER one of their programs...
Must be too busy wasting time and money on Vista to realize they had a good
thing and they jacked it up with "upgrades"...
